I've always loved Monkies. They remind of children (and some adults I know) I suppose. I have been asked, at various times, to make a special monkey either as a gift or to add to someone's collection.  I have collecters of my Sock Monkies and my little 'Mazin' Monkies. They are all bright, funny and very tactile. They each come with info of their name and their character, likes & dislikes.

This is my first Spidermonkey! There have been many more since then.
Also I have done Batmonkey, Supermonkey and even Monkey Maul, to look like Darth Maul in Star Wars with his red face tattoos and yellow eyes and his double ended light saber. The Super Hero monkies cost more than the basic monkeys depending on the amount of work in them. Any type of Monkey can be created, the only limitation is the colour of sock available.
The picture below of Monkey Maul was kindly sent to me by his owner Shaun Davies, who does amazing stuff with pictures on his computer. Here Shaun has put Monkey Maul into an actual scene from the Star Wars film that Darth Maul appeared in, Brilliant. 
 

These three chaps are on my stall at a Mind, Body & Spirit Fair. The little ribbons you can see at their shoulders are where their Wings are strapped on. Yes, wings! These were made as Healing Monkies connected to healing energy and given to anyone who would find them a comfort. The wings are because they think they are fairies or angels and take themselves lightly.
The little hats come with all Sock Monkies and can be removed if desired. Wings are only supplied if requested, and can be  Fairy wings, Butterfly ones or even Bat wings, up to you. 


Here are some of my little 'Mazin'Monkies. Each one is made by me with love from unusual, fluffy, hairy yarn.
As I create them each one develops their own character.
Some are sweet, some naughty, some shy all are cute.
They are all so-o-o-o touchy feely and snuggly. They are roughly sit at  4" to 5"  with long tails of different lengths. They fit into your hand beautifully and are a delight to hold and stroke.
They look great fastened to the handle of your bag or rucksack, sitting on top of your PC or on your car dashboard.
They have shiny haemetite bead eyes but I can replace these with embroidered eyes if the monkey is for a small child. Just let me know. Also these chaps can have wings attached, as with the Sock monkies. This makes them look adorable, like little Fairy Monkies.
